Earlier this month I brought four new chooks home to add to the three I already have, it was always my plan to have more than three, it just took me a while to track down the type that I wanted locally. They're settling in well although the originals haven't made them particularly welcome! Once they start laying I should have an abundance of eggs.
I've been using a lot of egg whites lately making desserts for the Festive Season Eatathon! and I have a new favorite way of using the yolks.
Creme Brulee! not very healthy I admit, but really delicious! Keep those eggs coming girls!
